Being Knowledgeable Through The Light of Knowledge

The book “Masalah-e-Ilm” explores is an analytical study of the ontological and epistemological aspect of the reality of knowledge. The author in this work attempts to examine and compare the most significant perspectives of Transcendent Philosophy (al-Hikmat al-Muta'aliya) and Shia narrational knowledge.To this end, after explaining knowledge in Mulla Sadra’s philosophy and the teachings of the Ahl-e-Bait (a.s.), it analyses the views of Mirza Mahdi Isfahani (r.a.) and his unique interpretations of traditions, addressing some of the critics' objections. The present text offers passages from the second section, reflecting Mirza Isfahani's explorations on this subject.
