چکیده مقاله:

Carbon fiber resin composites are renowned for their superior mechanical properties, such as high strength-to-weight ratio, corrosion resistance, and durability, making them critical in industries like aerospace, marine, automotive, and healthcare. Traditional fabrication methods, such as molding and layup, often face limitations in producing complex geometries or achieving seamless integration. The emergence of ۳D printing technology has revolutionized the fabrication of these composites, enabling the creation of intricate, integrated, and coherent structures. This study evaluates the impact of using ۳D printing technologies, particularly fused deposition modeling (FDM) and continuous fiber fabrication (CFF), on the structural integration and mechanical coherence of carbon fiber composites. The research highlights significant improvements in design flexibility, production efficiency, and material performance achieved through additive manufacturing. However, challenges such as fiber-matrix adhesion, void formation, and anisotropic surface finishes remain barriers to optimal performance. Case studies from aerospace and medical industries demonstrate that ۳D printing enables the production of monolithic, load-bearing components with minimal material wastage. The findings underline the need for further innovations in printer capabilities and material science to address current limitations. Ultimately, this paper establishes ۳D printing as a transformative tool for producing integrated and coherent carbon fiber resin composites, paving the way for broader industrial applications.
