چکیده مقاله:

The administration of treatment centers in rural areas is crucial to ensuring equitable access to healthcare services. Village-based centers play an essential role in providing primary healthcare, preventive services, and emergency treatment to underserved populations. However, rural treatment centers face numerous challenges, including financial instability, workforce shortages, inadequate infrastructure, and limited integration of digital technologies. This study investigates the key factors influencing the effective administration of these centers, with a particular focus on organizational efficiency, funding mechanisms, healthcare workforce management, digital health solutions, and community involvement. By employing a mixed-methods approach, including case studies, expert interviews, and secondary data analysis, the study examines the current state of rural healthcare administration and explores potential solutions to the identified challenges. Findings indicate that decentralized governance, community-based financing models, and the integration of telemedicine can significantly enhance the efficiency and sustainability of rural treatment centers. Additionally, workforce retention can be improved through targeted incentives, career development programs, and the use of telemedicine for remote consultation. The study also emphasizes the importance of community participation in governance, as communities with active involvement in healthcare decision-making tend to experience higher levels of service satisfaction and better healthcare outcomes. Despite these promising strategies, challenges such as financial constraints, regulatory barriers, and resistance to technological adoption remain significant obstacles to effective rural healthcare administration. Therefore, the study provides practical recommendations for policymakers and administrators, urging the adoption of innovative funding models, technology-driven solutions, and participatory governance structures to improve the management and sustainability of treatment centers in rural areas. This approach will ensure better healthcare access, improve service delivery, and promote the long-term success of rural healthcare facilities.
