چکیده مقاله:

The concepts of „Logos” or „Word of God” are central to Christian andIslamic theology and their interpretations also affect other theologicalelements. This descriptive-comparative study attempts to reconcile theviews of Origins of Alexandria and Feyż Kāšānīin this regard. They sought to equip theology with rationality onphilosophical (Neo-Platonic or Aristotelian) grounds and believed in asystem of divine manifestations based on mystical (gnostīc or sūfī) contexts. They regarded the Logos or the Word as one of the names of the deitywhich was issued by God on the basis of „grace” or „feyż/luṭf” and wasmanifested as the truth of Jesus or the muḥammadīyyah truth. This fact, at alater stage, has led to a very low level of creation and has been manifestedin the realms of being worlds and humanity. Also the Logos, or DivineWord, protects the universe and directs the creatures to return to God. Thesimilarity of the interpretations of Origen and Feyż in particular shows: theShī ̒a mystical understanding of the position of Jesus Christ, based on thespeech of the ma ̒ṣūmīn (pbuth), matches with a type of „Christology” in thepre-councils history of Christianity.
