چکیده مقاله:

At a time when technology is advancing rapidly, artificial intelligence has entered as a transformative force in various industries, including human resources. In this study, with the aim of understanding the application of artificial intelligence in various processes of human resource management, the literature review of key issues regarding the applications of artificial intelligence in human resource management has been investigated. These topics include recruitment and training, training and development, performance management, compensation, maintaining human capital and its challenges and benefits. In this research, the required information has been collected using the qualitative research method of thematic analysis. By analyzing the data, valuable results such as identifying the applications of artificial intelligence in human resource management and introducing tools based on artificial intelligence were achieved. Also, studying this research will enable HR professionals to make data-driven decisions and improve workforce planning
