چکیده مقاله:

ADHD, known as Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, is a neurodevelopmental disorder that can disrupt a healthy learning experience. As ESL learners diagnosed with ADHD have difficulty paying attention to the class, handling their movements and physical activities, supervising their impulsivity, and in some cases, recalling previously-taught materials, managing an effective curriculum to help them master English as the second language would be tricky. However, as more studies are now focusing on the ways to manage and reduce ADHD symptoms in language learners, scientists have proved that wisely designed mobile apps can be impressively effective in taming the disorder. This study tries to demonstrate the efficacy of using a well-structured MALL-based curriculum to both reduce ADHD symptoms and enhance the learning experience in ESL students. According to the findings of the study, by grouping purposeful physical movements in ESL classes with challenging, focus-driven teaching plans, ESL learners will have less difficulty grasping the gist of the lesson. Thus, it would evidently be easier for them to remember what they have been taught in the ESL class. Simultaneously, by using calculated physical movements, the ESL student with ADHD finds a healthy path to effuse the amount of energy restricting their learning experience.
