چکیده مقاله:

This paper explores the transformative potential of the Internet ofMedical Things (IoMT) and wearable medical devices in revolutionizinghealthcare delivery. It is our purpose to show and highlight how thesetechnologies enable continuous health monitoring, predictive analytics,and personalized medical care to address modern health challenges.The study synthesizes existing literature on IoMT and wearable medicaldevices, categorizing them based on functionality and application. Itexamines the integration of advanced technologies such as artificialintelligence, blockchain, and wireless communication in enhancinghealth monitoring, diagnostics, and therapeutic interventions.IoMT and wearable devices significantly improve patient outcomesthrough real-time health tracking, early disease detection, and proactivemanagement of chronic conditions. The integration of self-sustainabletechnologies addresses energy consumption challenges, while predictiveanalytics fosters personalized treatment plans. However, significantproblems remain, including data privacy concerns, controllingcomplexities and issues related to device accuracy and engaging the user.This paper contributes to the discusses IoMT by providing acomprehensive overview of current upgrades in wearable medicaldevices and also their implications for healthcare. It highlights the needfor addressing security, accessibility, and integration challenges to fullyrealize the potential of IoMT in improving patient-centered care. Thefindings serve as a foundation for future research and development in thefield, emphasizing the importance of ethical and moral considerationsand environmental sustainability in the evolution of healthcaretechnologies
