Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative force in business management, revolutionizing decision-making processes across industries. This paper explores the multifaceted impact of AI on managerial decision-making, emphasizing its role in enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and strategic planning. The study highlights how AI-driven tools, such as predictive analytics, machine learning algorithms, and natural language processing, empower managers to process large volumes of data, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights. It examines the integration of AI in critical business functions, including operations, marketing, and human resource management, and its ability to mitigate biases traditionally associated with human decision-making.
