Integrating machine learning into entrepreneurial project management transforms traditional practices, enabling data-driven decision-making and fostering innovation. This paper explores the utilization of machine learning in entrepreneurial project management, focusing on its applications, challenges, and future opportunities. Critical applications include predictive analytics for risk management, resource allocation optimization, time and cost estimation, and enhancing team performance and collaboration. Through real-world examples, the study illustrates how startups and organizations are leveraging machine learning to improve efficiency, accuracy, and adaptability in project workflows. Despite these advancements, challenges such as data quality issues, ethical concerns, and the complexity of model implementation persist, hindering widespread adoption. This paper discusses strategies to overcome these barriers and highlights the potential of emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, IoT, and digital twins, to amplify machine learning's capabilities. Customization for SMEs and startups and advancements in decision support systems are critical for further innovation. By synthesizing current research and practical insights, this study contributes to entrepreneurial project management, providing a roadmap for leveraging machine learning effectively. It concludes with a call for further research into data quality improvement, explainable AI, and the integration of machine learning with other cutting-edge technologies, emphasizing the need for collaborative efforts to unlock the full potential of machine learning in project management.
