چکیده مقاله:

Considering the benefits of greener and sustainable options, a new route is described for theroom temperature synthesis of stabilized copper oxide nanoparticles (NPs) utilizing abundantand inexpensive, aqueous Eucalyptus camaldulensis dehn leaves extractives; formation ofcopper oxide NPs, is monitored by the UV–Vis absorption spectra for a Surface PlasmonResonance (SPR) peak of ~۲۷۹ nm. There is consistency between the copper oxide NPs X-raydiffraction (XRD) patterns and the data reported for Cu metal as well as the crystallite averagesize of about ۳۰-۵۰ nm. According to transmission and scanning electron microscopic (SEM),this greener method produces uniformly spherical nanoparticles of copper oxide NPs witheffective antimicrobial activity which bodes well for their general utility as the activeantimicrobial agents for practical appliances.
