چکیده مقاله:

Concrete is a fundamental material across a wide spectrum of applications in the construction industry due to its exceptional compressive strength. However, its inherent weakness in tensile loading, susceptibility to crack propagation, and pronounced brittleness present significant challenges. Conventional reinforcements, such as rebars and stirrups, have been employed to mitigate these issues. Nevertheless, novel structural members, which are increasingly slender and utilize high-performance concrete, often surpass the limits of conventional reinforcements under extreme loading conditions like blasts and explosions. Additionally, increasing the reinforcement ratio is impractical for large-scale applications. Since ۲۰۲۰, the incorporation of ۳D geometries for reinforcement has emerged as a promising solution, utilizing meta-materials as reinforcement within cement-based composites. The rapid advancement of additive manufacturing techniques has significantly accelerated research in this domain by enabling the creation of complex geometries. Another significant advantage of this solution is ۳D reinforcement, which leads to more efficient material utilization compared to traditional methods. Despite the experimental focus of most existing studies, there is a notable scarcity of comprehensive numerical simulations in previous works. This research addresses this gap by presenting a numerical simulation of reinforced cementitious composites utilizing lattice structures through finite element analysis and the lattice-reinforced unit cell under uniaxial compression is modeled. The study further explores the concrete-lattice interface, contributing to the understanding and advancement of ۳D reinforcement techniques in structural applications.
