چکیده مقاله:
In this study, thermographic signal reconstruction (TSR) was used to evaluate the ability to detect defects in PCTFE sheets. The results showed that the quality of thermal images and the accuracy of defect detection increased after TSR. After applying TSR, the defect detection ability increased from ۵۶% to ۸۸%, which shows good power compared to the PPT method. This method allowed the detection of smaller and deeper defects by increasing the contrast between healthy and defective areas and eliminating noise. In addition, TSR was able to overcome the challenges such as non-uniform heating and low signal-to-noise ratio that existed in traditional methods. These results show the importance of using advanced image processing methods, especially TSR, in improving the quality and accuracy of non-destructive testing.
