"The Role Of MiRNAs As Diagnostic And Therapeutic Biomarkers In Lung Cancer"

This study examines the role of miRNAs as diagnostic and therapeutic biomarkers in lung cancer, a disease with a notably high mortality rate that poses a significant medical challenge worldwide. Given the need for precise diagnostic and therapeutic strategies, miRNAs have emerged as promising candidates. Due to their stability in various body fluids and their critical roles in tumorigenesis and drug resistance, miRNAs are increasingly recognized as reliable, non-invasive biomarkers for early detection, prognosis, and disease progression assessment. This research presents a comprehensive analysis of oncogenic miRNAs, including miR-۲۱ and miR-۱۵۵, as well as tumor-suppressor miRNAs such as let-۷ and miR-۳۴, underscoring their diagnostic and therapeutic significance in lung cancer. Additionally, this study explores innovative approaches to target and deliver miRNAs into cancer cells, offering new avenues for treatment. The findings suggest that miRNAs hold substantial potential as effective tools for lung cancer management, aiding in both early intervention and the reduction of drug resistance.
