چکیده مقاله:

Postural alignment, especially spine alignment, plays an important role in maintaining balance and preventing falls in people of different age groups. As you know, in recent years, the risk of falling in older age groups has increased, and one of the Important things in this regard is the issue of balance. The purpose of this review is to synthesize recent findings on the relationship between postural alignment and balance, with an emphasis on the biomechanical and neural mechanisms involved. We conducted a systematic literature review of studies published in the past decade that focused on the effects of spinal alignment on postural stability and were analyzed with keywords related to the title. Findings show that optimal spinal alignment is associated with improved balance performance, while deviation from this alignment can lead to increased postural sway and a greater risk of falling. Implications of these findings for rehabilitation and preventive strategies are discussed and highlight the importance of postural correction in clinical practice. Future research directions are suggested to elucidate postural control mechanisms' complexities further.
