Lithium-sulfur batteries are considered an attractive option for electric vehicles due to their high energy density, low cost, and environmental compatibility. However, they also pose risks such as fire or leakage. To enhance their safety in electric vehicles, researchers have concentrated on optimizing battery pack components, making material changes, developing new materials, and incorporating additives. Additionally, understanding the mechanical properties of materials like carbon fibers and functional, innovative geometries is crucial for developing multipurpose lightweight designs and energy storage structures, such as absorbers or packs. This study focuses on the design of energy absorbers and battery packs, aiming to improve the crashworthiness of batteries in electric vehicles
