Analyzing the vibration characteristics of electric car battery packs is crucial for ensuring their reliability, safety, and performance. This paper focuses on vibration and harmonic response analysis of a battery pack based on the ECE-R۱۰۰ standard requirements, which sets forth regulations concerning the electric powertrain of vehicles. The vibration analysis of electric car battery packs involves understanding the dynamic behavior of the battery system under different driving conditions to evaluate its structural integrity and performance within regulatory requirements. The results indicate that it is essential to account for concentrated averaged von mises stress around screw locations in battery packs and battery modules to ensure system stability and demonstrate the significance of software simulation in improving model design and enhancing its ability to withstand higher stress
