The advantages of using solar energy in ecotourism residences (case study; Babol and Babolsar cities)

There are many places in Mazandaran province where tourists go to relax and have fun. Mazandaran benefits from many attractions. In this research, it is intended to investigate the advantages of using solar energy in ecotourism residences in Babol and Babolsar cities. It seems that conducting this research and its results can open the way for promoting the use of renewable energy, especially solar energy, in the ecotourism residences of Babol and Babolsar cities. And it can also be used by trustees, managers, activists, stakeholders and tourism practitioners and subsequent researchers regarding the same issue. The current research is theoretical and practical for the use of the relevant centers and companies. According to the nature of the subject of this research, it is causal. For this purpose, by using documentary studies and libraries, and through interviews with ۶۱ experts and owners of ۱۶ eco-tourist lodges in Babol and Babolsar cities, the main components of the phenomenon were determined. In this method, the effective and essential factors were first identified, and then, using MAXQDA software, the advantages of using solar energy in ecotourism residences in the cities of Babol and Babolserm were investigated. results show; Utilization of solar energy in ecotourism residences from different dimensions, cultural and social dimension with ۴۲.۴% as the most important factor, followed by economic dimension with ۲۳% is in the second place. After that, the service dimension is in the third place with ۲۱.۸% and the political and administrative dimension is in the last place with ۱۲.۷%.
