چکیده مقاله:

This research, provides an in-depth analysis of how the poetry of Alice Walker and Langston Hughes reflects issues of social classes and inequality in American society. Through a close reading of selected poems by both poets, the paper examines how their work gives voice to the experiences and struggles of marginalized communities, particularly African Americans, the working class, and the poor. The analysis highlights the poets' use of language, imagery, and themes to illuminate the systemic barriers and injustices faced by these groups, as well as their resilience and dignity in the face of adversity. By situating the poems within their historical and sociopolitical contexts, the article demonstrates the enduring relevance of Walker and Hughes' poetic explorations of class, race, and inequality, and their importance as chroniclers of the African American experience. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of the role of poetry in reflecting and challenging social hierarchies. The poetry of Alice Walker and Langston Hughes offers a powerful window into the lived experiences of marginalized communities in ۲۰th century America. Both poets use their work to amplify the voices and perspectives of African Americans, the working class, and the poor - groups that have endured systemic discrimination, poverty, and lack of opportunity. In the present research, we try to analyze the attention of the two poets to social issues and existing injustices through a descriptive-analytical method and refer to library sources, and convey the obtained results to the readers. The most important source for this writing is to use the poems of Walker and Hughes.
