چکیده مقاله:

Corporate governance practices refer to the system of rules, practices, and processes by which a company is directed and controlled. These practices are essential to ensuring that the interests of stakeholders are aligned with those of the company, promoting transparency, accountability, and ethical behavior. Strong corporate governance practices help to build trust among investors, employees, customers, and other stakeholders, ultimately contributing to the long-term success of the company. One of the key aspects of corporate governance is the relationship between these practices and financial performance. Research has shown that companies with strong corporate governance structures tend to perform better financially than those with weak governance practices. This is because effective governance helps to minimize agency conflicts, reduce the risk of fraud and misconduct, and improve decision-making processes. When companies are well-governed, they are more likely to attract investment, maintain a strong reputation, and ultimately achieve sustainable growth and profitability. Furthermore, good corporate governance practices can also lead to increased shareholder value. By ensuring that the interests of shareholders are prioritized and protected, companies can enhance shareholder confidence and loyalty. This, in turn, can lead to a higher stock price, lower cost of capital, and increased access to funding. Ultimately, companies that prioritize corporate governance practices are more likely to achieve long-term financial success, as they are better equipped to navigate challenges, adapt to changing market conditions, and capitalize on opportunities for growth. In conclusion, the relationship between corporate governance practices and financial performance is clear: companies that prioritize strong governance are more likely to thrive in the long run.
