Strategic decision-making in human resource management, particularly in the digital era, has increasingly been influenced by artificial intelligence (AI). By analyzing vast and complex data sets, AI can identify employee behavior patterns and assist managers in making better decisions regarding recruitment, training, and HR development. AI technology can autonomously detect performance and passion patterns, forecast educational and professional needs, and help organizations optimize resource allocation and design targeted training programs. This can lead to significant improvements in employee productivity and job satisfaction. Additionally, AI enables HR managers to handle complex processes like performance evaluation and talent management with greater accuracy. Through advanced algorithms, a deeper analysis of employee performance data can be achieved, allowing for continuous improvement identification. Moreover, AI can help identify diversity and inclusion issues in the workplace, enabling managers to build more diverse teams that foster innovation and creativity. As such, AI not only optimizes strategic decision-making but also transforms and enhances organizational culture
