An economic recession is a situation where the demand for goods and services decreases and, as a result, the economic growth rate decreases. In this era, companies must adopt strategies suitable to the conditions in various fields. One of these fields is the field of marketing and sales, which has a great impact on the company's sales and exit from recession. Marketing strategy is a process in which the company's goals, missions, and plans to achieve these goals are defined and actually helps the organization allocate its resources to optimal opportunities. Since the strategies of an organization are coordinated with each other, when the marketing strategy changes, the sales strategy also changes. In general, the increase in sales during the recession is perhaps a humorous sentence; But it is true. We have businesses that were able to increase sales in bad economic conditions. There were some who kept their minimum sales rate constant. Now the main question is how to reach this goal? Of course, there are many methods for this problem; But in this article, we intend to tell you the methods that you can use to influence the sale of your products. Methods that can ensure your sales increase during a recession. During recession, unemployment increases and people's purchasing power decreases; Although the demand for normal goods is still high in this period, the demand for luxury goods decreases; In this period, the investment of companies for the development of their units is reduced and the phenomenon of excess goods is gradually evident, which means that selling is not as easy as before and some companies face problems in the field of sales. become The crisis period is the most difficult economic period; During this period, the demand for luxury goods has decreased drastically and the demand for normal and essential goods has also decreased to some extent, because people's purchasing power has decreased and unemployment has reached its maximum. In other words, in this era, people's tables have become smaller, and this causes the demand for manufactured products to decrease. Therefore, in this article, we will examine and review the appropriate marketing and sales strategies and approaches during the economic recession.
