Job training is a handle which able the employees to alter their skills, knowledge, attitudes, and behavior. Organizations have capitalized on this project in order to extend their human capital aptitudes and competences. The training is utilized as an apparatus for making competitive advantage for organization. In most organizations, managers are unaware of the training strategy and training policy and do not explain it to the employees. Linking of training policies and training strategies is crucial to achieving the goal. We need demystifying in job training policies and strategy in customs organization. The purpose of this study is to examine the policies and strategies of the Customs organization in Tehran province regarding on-the-job training programs. For this purpose, the questionnaire was used based on a stratified random sampling. The findings demonstrated that while the majority of staff members think the customs agency has written policies, they frequently don't think these are link to meet the organization's primary goals. Furthermore, staff members think that training initiatives are directed by policies. Most importantly, workers believe that managers and the organization don't value their opinions and that they are not involved in creating policies and guidelines. Overall, the efficacy of training can be increased by outlining educational policies and providing an environment that welcomes staff involvement in planning.
