Presenting the professional ethics model of bodybuilding in the country

The general purpose of the current research was to provide a model of professional ethics in the bodybuilding sport of the country. The present research method was mixed (combination of qualitative-quantitative method). whose model was designed using the foundation's data theory approach, based on the moral values of professional bodybuilding trainers in Iran. In the qualitative phase, through in-depth interviews with elites knowledgeable about the subject and using semi-structured questions, the interview continued until theoretical saturation and lack of access to the new code. In the quantitative stage, the factors identified from the qualitative part were set in the form of a five-point Likert questionnaire and were given to the statistical sample (physical education trainers) of ۳۸۴ people whose statistical population was considered unspecified. The information collected from the questionnaires was used to model the structural equations. In order to describe and analyze the research data, descriptive statistics indicators such as median, average, mean, variance and standard deviation were used to describe the demographic characteristics of the samples and research variables in SPSS ۲۳ software, and in the inferential statistics section To answer research questions and test hypotheses, statistical analyzes related to grounded theory were performed in MAXQDA۱۲ software and structural equation modeling with partial least squares approach in SmartPls۳ software environment. The findings of the present research showed that the consequences of the design of sports ethics model for Iranian professional bodybuilding coaches include four social, communication, ethical and organizational domains. Ethical procedures include educational, moral, social and sports strategies, ethical foundations include belief, individual and family foundations that can have a significant impact on the institutionalization of the sports ethics model of professional bodybuilding coaches. At the same time, paying attention to religious standards, media, and organizational requirements are among the ethical priorities of the model, and cognitive, individual, social, and organizational issues are among the causal conditions affecting the design of the model of sports ethics for professional coaches. It should be noted that the sports ethics model of professional coaches is in a good condition.
