The duration of training in groups ۱ and ۲ was six weeks (۱ month and ۱۱ days of training). ۲۴ days were allocated for training sessions and ۱۸ days were allocated for rest. The intensity in training sessions was between ۵۰%-۷۵% (gradually increasing) HRM (Heart Rate Maximum). The duration of the diet In all groups was also six weeks (۱ month and ۱۱ days of training). All groups had one cheat meal per week. The diets were programmed and personalized for each participant based on normal BMR (Basal metabolic rate) not a calorie deficit diet. The study shows that group ۱ achieved the best results in reducing body fat percentage compared to the other groups (about ۴.۵%), while group ۳ achieved rank ۳ in loss of body fat. Group ۳ had reduced body fat (about ۱.۷%), but not as much as group ۱ and ۲. However, as expected, resistant trainers achieved the best results in muscle building and increasing lean muscle mass. In terms of muscle gain, group ۳ was almost not significant. The final results of this study have been converted into graphs to show data more conveniently. In conclusion, the best training program between three groups for fat loss was group ۱ (Circuit training).
