چکیده مقاله:
Introduction: In recent years, sports science has witnessed significant progress. Various factors can influence the improvement of athletes' capacity and performance. Among these, static and dynamic balance are crucial determinants that hold significant importance. Therefore, researchers and sports science coaches have always aimed to find solutions to enhance the quality of physical fitness, including balance, and improve the performance of teams and individual athletes. Objective: The aim of this study was to examine the effect of a selected TRX training program on static and dynamic balance in female athletes.Methodology: In this study, ۲۰ female athletes were randomly divided into two equal groups (control and experimental). Before and after the training protocol, static balance was evaluated using the Balance Error Scoring System (BESS) and dynamic balance was measured using the Y Balance Test. The experimental group performed TRX exercises for ۸ weeks, ۳ sessions per week. To analyze the data, a paired T-test was used. The results showed significant differences in both static balance (p=۰.۰۰۱) and dynamic balance (p=۰.۰۰۱) between pre- and post-training.Conclusion: Based on the findings of this study, TRX exercises significantly improved static and dynamic balance in female athletes. Therefore, this type of exercise can be considered an important factor in injury prevention and can be included in training program designs. Given the study results, which demonstrated improvements in static and dynamic balance, these improvements can be attributed to the effects of TRX training. This method can play a key role in achieving various goals, such as improving athletic performance, injury rehabilitation, and enhancing overall health and physical fitness. Thus, sports professionals and coaches can benefit from incorporating these exercises alongside other training methods in rehabilitation and performance enhancement.
