Determining the Role of Professional Ethics Components on Job Knowledge Sharing Among Employees of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth in Isfahan Province

چکیده مقاله:

This study was designed and conducted to examine the role of professional ethics components in job knowledge sharing among the employees of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth in Isfahan Province. The research is applied in terms of its objective and descriptive in nature, classified as a correlational study. The data was collected through fieldwork using a questionnaire. The statistical population consisted of all employees of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth in Isfahan Province. According to the latest inquiry from the personnel department, the total number of employees was reported as ۲۹۶. Given the limited size of the population, the sample size for this study was considered equal to the population. In the present study, the data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, including mean and standard deviation, to classify and present raw scores in tables and charts. For this purpose, Cronbach's alpha was used to calculate the reliability coefficients, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was employed to test data normality, and correlation coefficient and path analysis were utilized to test the hypotheses. The statistical analysis was performed using SPSS and AMOS version ۲۳ software. The results showed that the path coefficient for the relationship between job attachment and passion for work on job knowledge sharing was ۰.۳۹۲. Additionally, the results indicated that the path coefficient for the relationship between perseverance and diligence on job knowledge sharing was ۰.۱۲۳. The path coefficient for the impact of healthy relationships on job knowledge sharing was ۰.۲۴۰, and the relationship between teamwork and participation in work on job knowledge sharing had a path coefficient of ۰.۲۵۶. Therefore, it can be concluded from this study that there is a positive and significant relationship between professional ethics components and job knowledge sharing among the employees of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth in Isfahan Province.
