چکیده مقاله:

This paper reviews the effects of soil-structure interactions (SSI) and wind-structure interactions (FSI) on the dynamic behavior of tall buildings, synthesizing findings from various studies. The research highlights the significant impact of these interactions on structural performance, including changes to natural periods, mode shapes, and wind pressure distribution. Various analytical methods, such as numerical simulations and advanced software tools like Abaqus, ANSYS, and ETABS, have been employed to enhance our understanding of these dynamics. The integration of machine learning techniques has shown promise in improving analysis efficiency and reducing time, allowing engineers to quickly assess multiple effects. The findings emphasize the necessity for engineers to incorporate SSI and FSI considerations into their designs to enhance safety and structural resilience against dynamic loads.Despite advancements, challenges persist in this field, particularly regarding the lack of empirical data and the complexity of models that can complicate interpretation. Insufficient attention to nonlinear effects in some studies may also lead to inaccurate predictions, highlighting a need for researchers and engineers to address these aspects in their analyses.Further research is essential to deepen our understanding of soil-structure and wind-structure interactions. This will not only improve design practices but also contribute to safer construction methods for tall buildings. By tackling these challenges and utilizing advanced analytical techniques, we can better equip structures to withstand the forces they encounter in increasingly urbanized environments. In summary, this review emphasizes the importance of considering SSI and FSI in the design and construction of tall buildings to ensure they can effectively resist natural forces. Addressing these interactions is crucial for developing resilient infrastructures that meet modern demands while ensuring safety and performance.
