چکیده مقاله:

The COVID-۱۹ pandemic has not only reshaped global health systems but has also catalyzed significant shifts in global power dynamics. This paper examines the geopolitical and economic transformations that have emerged in the wake of the pandemic, focusing on the redistribution of power among major global players and regional powers. The study highlights how COVID-۱۹ exacerbated pre-existing tensions between the United States and China, amplifying their strategic competition and accelerating China's rise as a global superpower. Additionally, the pandemic has revealed the vulnerabilities of global supply chains, prompting a trend toward economic protectionism and regionalism. In Europe, the crisis has both strengthened and tested the European Union’s unity, while in the developing world, disparities in vaccine distribution and economic recovery have underscored the growing divide between wealthy and less-developed nations. The rise of non-traditional actors, including international organizations and corporations, in managing global crises has also shifted the balance of power away from traditional nation-states. Through a multi-disciplinary analysis, this paper explores how the post-COVID-۱۹ era is redefining global leadership, alliances, and economic frameworks, setting the stage for a more fragmented and multipolar international order. The findings suggest that the pandemic has accelerated the decline of U.S. hegemony while ushering in a more complex, multi-faceted world order, with significant implications for future global governance and diplomacy.
