چکیده مقاله:

The increasing prevalence of cyber warfare has introduced new challenges to global security and redefined the landscape of international relations. This article examines the role of cyber warfare in modern geopolitical conflicts, focusing on how nation-states and non-state actors use cyber operations as tools of influence, disruption, and coercion. Drawing on case studies of cyberattacks, including those targeting critical infrastructure in the United States, Ukraine, and Estonia, this research explores the implications of these activities for international security frameworks. It also analyzes the current limitations of international law and norms in addressing cyber threats, highlighting the absence of a cohesive global strategy to mitigate such risks. Additionally, the paper discusses the geopolitical motivations behind state-sponsored cyber operations and the ways in which cyber warfare blurs the line between peace and conflict. In conclusion, the article emphasizes the need for stronger international cooperation, cyber defense mechanisms, and legally binding agreements to ensure global stability in the age of digital warfare.
