Colorectal Cancer (CRC) is the third most common cancer worldwide. It originates fromthe colon or the rectum and it is the main cause of death in cancers related to gastrointestinal.Primary and conventional treatments including surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and etc. cancause both short-term and long-term side effects. Nowadays, polymeric nanoparticles play animportant role in treating CRC by boosting drug delivery, reducing side effects, and enhancing theability to diagnose, to reduce mortality with early diagnosis and treatment.
