چکیده مقاله:

This study is based on software simulation aimed at developing and understanding novel titanium alloys.Software simulation is an important and fundamental approach for analyzing new and advanced materials, reducingcosts, and leading to the development of a wide range of alloys. In the present research, using the SolidWorkssimulation environment and the JMatPro material property simulation software, an analysis was conducted on themechanical properties and phase characteristics of two titanium-aluminum-molybdenum-vanadium alloys andtitanium-aluminum-tin-zirconium-molybdenum alloy. To simulate a dental implant component, the simulationenvironment was selected. The results showed that both selected alloys exhibited almost equal mechanical properties;however, the titanium-aluminum-molybdenum-vanadium alloy recorded a lower elastic modulus due to the presence ofbeta-stabilizing elements compared to the other alloy. Additionally, based on the simulation results, the formation ofthe intermetallic compound Ti۳Al plays a role in maintaining strength in both alloys. Considering the current results, the application of the Ti-Mo-Al-V alloy, due to its lower vanadium content and lower toxicity, could be a suitable optionin the medical industry. It should be mentioned that the researchers are suggested to investigate the wearcharacteristics of the alloys investigated in the research in the future.
