چکیده مقاله:
Heat treatment is a critical stage in additive metal manufacturing that significantly influences the mechanical properties and overall performance of final components. This paper examines the importance of heat treatment in enhancing the quality and strength of additively manufactured parts, analyzing both current trends and future challenges in this process. With advancements in technology, new heat treatment methods, data analysis, and numerical modeling empower manufacturers to achieve better control over the heat treatment process and its effects on the microstructure of components. Additionally, research into new materials and alloys can improve heat treatment performance and enhance the physical characteristics of parts. This paper also addresses the urgent need for focusing on sustainability and environmental impacts within heat treatment processes, suggesting that the development of more efficient methods with reduced energy consumption could lead to more responsible manufacturing practices. Overall, the findings of this paper indicate that heat treatment plays a major role in the development and improvement of additive metal manufacturing processes, and considering future advancements and trends, it will contribute to the growth and sustainability of the industry.
