With advancements in technology, especially in manufacturing and automation, many fields are experiencing significant developments worldwide. These revolutionary changes are referred to by various names, such as the "4th Industrial Revolution" and "digital transformation," with new inventions emerging across different disciplines. Among these, the most notable advancements are in the field of manufacturing. In recent years, 3D printing technologies have gained attention in many countries due to their ability to produce complex parts easily. Although 3D printing is a relatively new technology, it has quickly spread to various sectors, especially education. However, 3D printing devices have a key limitation. They require user intervention to remove manufactured parts from the build platform before starting a new process. This dependency limits their use as tools for mass production. This study focuses on the design and manufacturing of a continuous automatic 3D printing device using a conveyor system and image processing methods. Additionally, the error rate of surface quality in the printed samples was determined using image processing techniques. By enabling continuous printing without user intervention, this approach aims to increase both the capacity and functionality of 3D printing technologies.
