This research investigates the manufacturing of metal parts using the Laminated Object Manufacturing (LOM) process. The primary aim is to enhance and optimize production efficiency for metal components. LOM is an additive manufacturing technique ideal for creating prototypes and complex geometries. This method involves layering thin sheets of various materials, including metals, polymers, and composites, which are subsequently bonded together using adhesives or heat. LOM offers reduced production costs and is particularly advantageous for low-volume, intricate components. Its applications span multiple industries, notably automotive and aerospace, underscoring its versatility and effectiveness in modern manufacturing.
