This study explores the impact of molybdenum and carbon additions on the mechanical properties,elastic modulus, and phase composition of Ti-Mo-C alloys through simulation. Results demonstrate thatincreasing molybdenum and carbon significantly enhances alloy strength, hardness, and thermal stability whilemodifying Young's modulus and phase structure. Ti-۲۰Mo-۱C exhibited the best performance in high-stressand high-temperature conditions, with superior thermal and wear resistance, making it optimal for demandingbiomedical applications. Ti-۲۰Mo-۰.۷۵C offered balanced properties suitable for moderate to hightemperatures, while Ti-۱۰Mo-۰.۵C proved effective at moderate temperatures. These findings support alloyimprovements for advanced orthopedic implants.
