چکیده مقاله:

In this review, the effect of different dopant metal oxides and manufacturing methods on the conductivity and transparency of transparent conductive oxide (TCO) films essential parts of thin-film solar cells are investigated. due to their advantageous optoelectronic features, materials like fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) and aluminum-doped zinc oxide (AZO) are emphasized for their potential for improving solar cell efficiency. The performance of various manufacturing processes, including sputtering, sol-gel processing, and more sophisticated methods like atomic layer deposition (ALD), in balancing conductivity and transparency is compared. The structural and electrical properties of TCO films are influenced differently by each technique, which affects the efficiency of solar cells. In order to further improve TCO performance, the assessment also looks at innovative hybrid approaches and post-treatment processes.
