چکیده مقاله:
Biosensors, particularly electrochemical and nanobiosensors, have emerged as transformative tools in the early detection and treatment of cancer. These advanced devices utilize biological recognition elements, such as antibodies or nucleic acids, to specifically detect biomarkers associated with malignancies. This capability enables rapid and highly sensitive diagnostics, which are crucial for identifying cancer at its earliest stages when treatment is most effective. This article focuses on the development of innovative electrochemical nanobiosensors, specifically targeting microRNAs (miRNAs). These small non-coding RNAs play critical roles in cancer biology, influencing processes such as cell proliferation, apoptosis, and metastasis.A novel dual-functional electrochemical nanobiosensor is introduced, capable of simultaneous detection of multiple miRNAs linked to various cancers. This innovation not only demonstrates significant improvements in detection limits allowing for the identification of biomarkers at picomolar concentrations but also enhances response times, providing results within minutes. Recent studies illustrate the efficacy of these biosensors in both early-stage cancer detection and monitoring treatment responses, facilitating personalized therapy adjustments. By synthesizing findings from numerous research efforts, this article underscores the potential of biosensors to revolutionize cancer management and highlights the urgent need for further research to optimize their functionality and clinical integration, paving the way for more effective cancer diagnostics and treatments.
