چکیده مقاله:

Background: Anxiety is one of the most common mental disorders that has extensive negativeeffects on people's quality of life. As a specialized field, psychiatry offers various interventions tomanage anxiety. This study has systematically investigated the effect of psychiatric nursing.interventions on reducing anxietyMethods :This systematic review was conducted according to PRISMA guidelines. Scientificdatabases including PubMed, Scopus, CINAHL and PsycINFO were searched with keywordspsychiatric nursing, anxiety, nursing interventions and mental health*. Among the initial ۹۲۰ *.articles, ۷۰ articles that met the inclusion criteria were selected and analyzedResults: The study findings highlight effective psychiatric interventions, including coping skillstraining, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), relaxation techniques, and mindfulness practices, whichnotably reduce patient anxiety. Group therapy and emotional support from nurses also enhance mentalhealth outcomes.Evidence-based nursing (EBN) and art and music therapy further alleviate anxiety.By integrating therapeutic and supportive skills, psychiatrists can effectively reduce anxiety, improveself-confidence, and enhance overall quality of life.Psychiatric training programs should emphasizeanxiety management, mindfulness, and CBT. Future research should explore the long-term effects ofthese interventions on chronic anxiety and evaluate their effectiveness across diverse populations.Additionally, developing applications centered on mindfulness and psychiatric support couldsignificantly aid in anxiety management.
