چکیده مقاله:
Controlled release systems are crucial for optimizing drug delivery and nutrient supply, as they enable the precise control of when, where, and how substances are released within the human body. These systems are integral to enhancing the efficacy of therapeutic interventions and improving overall health by regulating the absorption and distribution of drugs and nutrients. In the context of pharmaceuticals, controlled release mechanisms ensure that drugs maintain therapeutic levels over extended periods, reducing the frequency of administration and minimizing side effects. For nutrient delivery, such systems enhance bioavailability, ensuring a steady supply of essential nutrients over time. The growing body of research in this field is focused on developing advanced materials and techniques, such as biodegradable polymers, liposomal carriers, and nanotechnology-based approaches, that can provide targeted and sustained release. This review examines the methodologies and materials used in controlled release, highlighting the potential improvements these mechanisms can offer in drug and nutrient delivery. By exploring these innovations, we aim to demonstrate how controlled release technologies can contribute to more personalized and effective healthcare solutions, ultimately leading to better therapeutic outcomes and improved patient compliance.
