چکیده مقاله:

Artificial intelligence, as one of the emerging technologies introduced in Industry ۴.۰, has led to transformative improvements across various dimensions of industries. The construction industry, given its significance in advancing the economy and creating jobs for numerous workforces, is no exception in benefiting from this trend. This has resulted in facilitating project management and efficiency by specialized individuals utilizing advanced algorithms and artificial intelligence capabilities. The integration of artificial intelligence and the concepts of Construction ۴.۰ has led to advancements in digitalization and automation, optimizing resource allocation. One of the most significant achievements of combining these two concepts is that the construction industry, compared to other industries, has historically been slower in adopting various technologies. Therefore, this integration will be beneficial in better controlling project scheduling, costs, risks, hazards, waste production, and more. This study aims to assess the impact of utilizing artificial intelligence features in the construction industry, emphasizing the concepts derived from Construction ۴.۰, which could lead to a significant revolution in this sector. Recognizing the significance of this topic, a literature review was conducted on these concepts and their combination, based on which the impact of artificial intelligence technology in creating a more sustainable, smarter and more efficient future can be acknowledged.
