This study aims to assess the impact of utilizing artificial intelligence features in the construction industry, emphasizing the concepts derived from Construction ۴.۰, which could lead to a significant revolution in this sector. Recognizing the significance of this topic, a literature review was conducted on these concepts and their combination, based on which the impact of artificial intelligence technology in creating a more sustainable, smarter and more efficient future can be acknowledged.
