چکیده مقاله:

Extracting the fetal heart rate from the maternal ECG signal is essential for the timely diagnosis and treatment of fetal defects. This process aids in the early detection of fetal heart rate-related issues, allowing for prompt medical intervention. An accurate estimation of the fetal heart rate and a thorough analysis of its morphology can significantly enhance the interpretation and diagnosis of the fetus's condition. In this article, non-invasive methods for extracting the fetal heart rate signal from maternal signals are reviewed and compared. The latest algorithms developed for this purpose are examined, and a comparative analysis of their effectiveness is provided. The review highlights that the FactICA method, a signal analysis technique, demonstrates exceptional performance, achieving an F۱ score exceeding ۹۹%. Given its efficacy and the quality of the extracted signal, it is regarded as one of the optimal methods for extracting these signals. This study can serve as a guide for researchers in selecting effective techniques for fetal heart rate extraction, thereby facilitating the diagnosis and timely treatment of fetal defects.
