چکیده مقاله:

Thermal and mechanical properties of flexible PVC with epoxidized soybean oil (PVC-ESBO) are investigated. The repulsive interaction is used to explain the effect of epoxidizing the coefficient of PVC along with ESBO and plasticizers. The glass transition temperature of PVC is a linear function of the epoxidation of ESBO softener. PVC/ESBO activation energies are affected by the non-hydrochlorination reaction and HCI evolution. Adding ESBO improves the thermal behavior of PVC. Higher activation energies of Ca-Zn, Ba-Zn stabilizers are responsible for stabilization of PVC-ESBO. The surface epoxidization of ESBO also improves the mechanical properties and heat stabilization of PVC. The low thermal stability of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) limits the use of this polymer in industry. Many efforts have been made to improve the thermal stabilization and mechanical properties of this polymer in recent years. Polyvinyl chloride leads to decomposition and loss of HCI even at lower processing temperatures. It is assumed that the active hydrogen is apparently substituted in PVC. It is possible to prevent the removal of HCI by organometallic salt and stabilized PVC or to stop the catalytic effect of HCI in this reaction by epoxidation. We have recently reported on the epoxidization of soybean oil on the mechanical action of PVC flexibility using DOP. The storage coefficient (E) of flexible PVC-ESBO is used to show the degree of homogeneity and stabilization of PVC. Because the amount of epoxidation improves the glass transition temperature and the transition of the second phase of PVC as a thermodynamic process, we investigate the thermal effect of different levels of epoxidation of ESBO-PVC. In this paper, we report stabilization of PVC with calcium, barium, and zinc stabilizers and show how these salts and the level of epoxidation of SBO affect the decomposition time of PVC-ESBO .
