چکیده مقاله:

Magnetic water solves one of the biggest concerns of mankind from the past to the present and even in the future, which is the problem of providing food for humans. Day by day, with the increase in population, human food security is increasingly at risk, so scientists and inventors are thinking of finding solutions to increase the efficiency of agricultural and livestock production. One of these solutions is the use of water with a low degree of hardness (magnetic water). Magnetic water is water that is obtained by passing through a magnetic field. This method is used as a non-chemical method, during which water molecules are deionized, and the effects of its hardness are reduced. Magnetic water has been widely used in industry, agriculture, etc. in recent years, and some of its useful applications have been investigated in scientific research. Considering that the water molecule is a polar molecule, and has positive and negative charges on both sides, in its natural state, these water molecules attract each other and form clusters. That is, in ordinary water, instead of individual water molecules, we have clusters of water. When these clusters of water are exposed to a magnetic field of the appropriate strength and intensity, they break and become smaller clusters. So in short, magnetic water is water that has been broken and is finer and softer than ordinary water. As a result, magnetic water acquires properties that are used in agriculture, industry, livestock and poultry farming, etc. Among the most important properties of magnetic water is greater permeability and higher solubility. When the clusters of water are broken, and the water becomes finer than before, as a result, the permeability of the water increases, and its solubility increases.
