چکیده مقاله:

The process of bending pipes is widely used in industries, and with recent developments and the need to use strong and light weight equipment, many researches have been conducted by researchers on various methods of bending pipes. Rotational tensile bending is one of the most common pipes bending methods. In this process, by using a set of molds, the pipe is pressed into the bending mold and is bent with its rotational movement and tension caused by the contact forces between the molds. At first, it is a review of recent research on the above method and the parameters affecting it. Among these parameters, we can mention the geometric and mechanical characteristics of the pipe, the coefficient of friction and slack between the surfaces of the pipe and the molds, each of which has a different effect on the quality and the probability of defects in the pipe, and they need to be investigated separately, and by knowing how they affect and with a Based on the appropriate design, the pipe can be bent with good quality. In this article, the simulation of the process using NBR elastomer mandrel has been done analytically and based on Abaqus finite element software on ۳۰۴ steel and the results are presented.
