چکیده مقاله:

Nowadays, to increase the wear and corrosion resistance of metals, the main metal surface is covered with a cheap metal (of the same alloy or other metals), which is called plating. As a result of this work, in addition to the significant reduction of production and maintenance costs, the life of the parts also increases. The production of coated or clad sheets is an economical and optimal solution because corrosion-resistant materials are relatively expensive and using them in high thicknesses is not a logical solution from an economic point of view. Since the beginning of time, cladding sheets have been widely used in oil, gas and chemical industries. From the scope of these applications, heat exchangers cooled by sea water, pressure vessels, reactors and other equipment's in which there are sour gas and other corrosive substances can be mentioned. Cladding in different ways, such as electrical deposition, steam coating, metal spray (coating by spraying molten particles on the base metal), welding (including TIG welding, MIG welding, sub-powder welding, electric arc, plasma and explosive welding) is created the aim of the current research is to investigate the resistance against wear and corrosion of mechanical parts by welding welding and its effective parameters. In this method, ۳۶ samples (i.e. ۱۸ cases with double repetition) were coated with three layers of welding on a surface of the base metal, and after the wear test, the effect of three independent variables, the type of electrode, the first layer and the electric current of the welding machine, is investigated. In this research, it was observed that the coated parts under the pin-on-disk wear test had a reduction in weight due to wear, and compared to the base metal, the wear resistance and hardness of all the coated parts increased. These changes are different in three factors (electrode type, first layer andelectric current). In the findings, it was found that when the electric current of the device has a lower limit, the part has better wear resistance and hardness. During this research, it was determined that the type of electrode structure and the selection of the first layer electrode and the changes caused by the electric current are effective in increasing the wear resistance of the part. To be clearer, it should be said that the type of electrode in the first layer and the amount of current have the greatest impact on this goal.
