In general, information technology on judicial proceedings is to conduct the judicial process using new electronic and communication methods. Therefore, in the present article, the effects of the judiciary's use of new technologies and artificial intelligence have been investigated in a theoretical, descriptive and analytical way. The findings and results of the research indicate that by compiling relevant laws and creating technical infrastructure, communication systems and computer software have been designed and implemented by the judiciary. Among the most important of these systems are judicial case management systems, electronic notification, judicial service offices, self-users of lawyers and experts.
