Since the early ۲۰۰۰s, Building Information Modeling (BIM) has emerged as a critical tool within Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC). Although BIM technology has seen significant progress, its full potential remains largely untapped, as it has not yet been widely embraced by industry professionals. The challenges and risks associated with BIM adoption may be contributing to its limited integration. This paper examines the current state of BIM adoption, highlighting both its extensive benefits and the existing obstacles.
