چکیده مقاله:

The synthesis of the nanocopolymers of aniline and ۲-aminobenzenesulfonic acid (۲ABSA) wasinvestigated by two various conditions: ۱) under solid-state condition and at room temperature (۲۵ ○C),and ۲) in water solvent and at ۴ ○C. In both methods, ammonium peroxydisulphate (APS) was used asoxidant. The base forms of the copolymers were prepared by dissolving the primary copolymers (saltform) in NaOH (۰.۱ M). The salt- and base- copolymers were characterized by infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis), elemental analysis (CHNS) and cyclic Voltammetry(CV). The amounts of the sulfonated monomers (۲ABSA) entered in the copolymer chains werecalculated by comparing the sulfur percentages of the salt- and base- forms obtained from CHNSanalysis. The observation of the sulfonate (-SO۳H) peaks in FT-IR spectra and the result of the CHNSanalysis have shown that some ۲ABSA were acted as dopant anion and the rest were entered into thecopolymer chains as monomer and this is the evidence of copolymers synthesis. This comparison wasreported for the first time. No paper has used base-copolymers to determine the real amount of thesulfonated monomers entered in the copolymer chains. In fact, in this paper, it has been demonstratedfor the first time that all sulfonated monomers do not enter into the copolymer chains, but some of themplace as dopant anion next to the copolymer chains. Also, the size and morphology of the copolymerswere investigated by SEM and TEM analysis. All copolymers have shown an average size of ۶۴ to ۱۰۰nm.
