چکیده مقاله:
Over the past half-century, the rise of electronic devices and the advent of the Internet of Things (IoT) have revolutionized integrated circuit technology. Contemporary digital integrated circuits predominantly utilize CMOS transistors. However, CMOS transistors face significant limitations, such as non-zero off-state current and sub-threshold slope. These constraints have led research into "Beyond CMOS" technologies, including Tunnel Junctions and Carbon Nanotube FETs. Among the alternatives, electromechanical nano switches, which combine electronic and mechanical sciences at a nanoscale, have shown promise. This research focuses on electromechanical relays with electrostatic stimulation. The study involves simulating and optimizing these relays using COMSOL software to reduce pull-in voltage, switching time, and energy consumption
