چکیده مقاله:
In the field of education, transformational leadership has emerged as a crucial model that is deeply changing how institutions address teaching, learning, and development in motion. Based on four main dimensions-that is, idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration-this paper performs a critical review on the core significance of transformational leadership in making education evolve. The research explains, through the systematic review of empirical studies, how transformational leaders create an environment that empowers educators to lead, increases student engagement, and fuels academic achievement. Educators in institutions characterized by transformational leadership are more collaborative, which leads to the improvement of teaching methods and better students' performance. These leaders are also greatly competent in dealing with such complex issues as those encountered in modern-day education: integrating technology, providing inclusive approaches, and thus are the very agents of change. The findings reveal the urgent need for large-scale professional development programs targeting providing educational leaders with competencies needed to successfully implement transformational leadership strategies. By highlighting the presence of these practices, educational institutions have the potential to develop learning environments that are adaptive, innovative, and inclusive, striving toward meeting diverse needs across their communities.
